Yes true. But I was saying wouldn't it make more sense if they represent the colours of the sigils instead of the actual magic. Because bard magic is one of the few magics where the colour of the performed spell doesn't match that of the coven. That seems like a really ineffective way to remove hand, a cutting knife in an overhead swing? if you are going for a swift remove with overhead force you would want something with a bit more force like an axe or a two-handed sword. If your only weapon is a knife like that then trying to chop it off would only make matters harder, the proper way would be to use the irregular shape of the blade in a sawing motion.

I do wonder if lilith is affected by the draining spell or not cuz she was in the emperors coven but now shes a wild witch which means she has no sigils but the show said once you get a sigil you cant remove them. Is it different for the emperors coven cuz they possess all magic. If so then how come belos didnt remove the sigil he got at the s2 finale. It wont take any time cuz lilith didnt even pause to have her sigil removed or did she simply doesnt have a sigil.the show is confusing if you think too hard.
