I have done GT, PE6, and now JMF. When S2B on the GT & PE6, it was only white. When I broke up the spawn on the JMF, it went from white, to blue like you have, but every single grain in a matter of minutes. Was really trippy to see.
I've noticed that there is less bruising of the fruits after harvest too on the PE6 also, but haven't tested them to get a feel of their potency. A lot of people say there isn't potency indicators based on this but I guess well see.
It's bruising. But your mycelium shouldnt be all caked up like that. It does this when, no matter how minimal, contamination is present. Your mycelium when fully colonized should break apart with 3 or 4 good wraps on your thigh. If it requires a spoon, bike tire, strenuous beating against something, no matter how white and uniform it might appear...has some form of contamination. I have verified this by ensuring my last grow was done with 100% sterile technique. I'm happy to report that when this is achieved the flushes are faster and much more substantial. But again, it looks good and you'll still get a butt load of mushies from it. Nice work. 👍
Mine was a similar color and everyone says it was bruising. I would say the same for this one.
Bruising my guy, no worries. When I see green it’s a little more complicated and usually implicates contamination. Like trick or penicillin
It's blue, so bruising
it's a darker color. I want to say it's bruising
Bruising yes.

Same happened to me with B+. It was pretty quick to turn blue. The PE grow, all white.

Yeah, I agree. I’m curious to get some feedback bc the first flush is already gone. I also got a crapload of blobs with the first flush
Who punched it in the eye
Bruise
I’d say bruising

This is so False.....
This is the first time I’ve heard of this… is this just in your own experience? Can anyone point me towards more info on this?
Bruising but the bottom in colonized rice will be susceptible to contam now she has been opened
Bruising
It’ll smell odd if it’s bad. U would definitely be able to tell
If it smells like the forest I'd think you are good to go. Sweet sour or funky smells then I'd suspect Contam. Looks like bruising
