Gaming today as a business model has become much more greedy through in game content and that in itself is a consequence of capitalism or just basic greed in it self. Not saying capitalism is bad, but there is a lot to be improved, so the working class doesn’t get exploited beyond reason. Still one of the best models, I’m Scandinavian so we have capitalism with great health care and systems that are built for the worker class.

As far as consequences of capitalism go, Fortnite is pretty good. It's a free game anyone can play, provided you have a smartphone and internet connection. You can buy cosmetics but they don't give you a competitive advantage, so you can enjoy the game 100% and not pay a dime. The people who have spare cash and buy a ton of skins effectively fund the game for everyone. In this sense it is a form of wealth redistribution.

I think it was done with good intentions considering MLK's family group specifically requested it And also this isn't really about money. The game is free and this event is free. If it were actually about the money they would've released an MLK skin in the game which would be hilarious and fucking terrible at the same time
